As a preventive measure or for the subsequent preservation of all exterior or interior body parts such as wheel arches, seams, surfaces as well as for the treatment of vehicle parts, e.g. chassis, engines, transmissions and axles.


Wax-based corrosion inhibitor. Quick drying and very workable. Penetrates well into the narrow spaces to be protected due to excellent creep properties. The dried film has good adhesion and corrosion-protection properties. High solids content.

Solvent-based coating material which is used as a corrosion inhibitor based on waxes, esters, resins, solvents and special inhibitors. Is applied directly from the spray can and is therefore very finely atomized. Penetrates well into the narrow spaces to be protected (e.g. welding seams) due to excellent creep properties. The dry film has good adhesion and corrosion-protection properties and does not easily run out of the seams. Is therefore mainly used as a preservative and as a preventative measure in repair work and after-treatment on vehicles, construction machinery and in agricultural applications.

Application Clean the surfaces to be treated thoroughly in advance and remove any rust. Surfaces must be dry and free of dirt and grease and extensively free of dust. Processing is best at room temperature. Shake can vigorously before use. When ball has worked loose, continue to shake the can for another minute. Hold the can vertically when spraying and spray thinly at a distance of about 20–30 cm from the surface. The resistance to abrasion and corrosion increases with increasing coating thickness. For this reason, the spraying process should be repeated once or twice after a short flash-off period.
